Recipe, Wet chocolate cake. Servings: 15. Time: 1 hour. Difficulty: Easy. Ingredients Cake:
9 eggs.3 cups flour (per cup, 3 eggs).
Cocoa powder 2 cups.
Sugar 1 cup.
Milk 1 cup.
A pinch cinnamon powder.
Baking soda 1 tbsp.
1 pinch salt.
Optional: 1 tsp. instant coffee.
Ingredients Milk Bath:
1 cup evaporated milk.Condensed milk 1 cup.
Milk cream 1 cup.
Cocoa powder 2 cups (Optional: chocolate fudge 1 cup)
Sugar 1/2 cup.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp (for added shine to the chocolate covered)
Preparation of Milk bath:
Put on fire milk with the chocolate dissolved until everything begins to boil, then add the tablespoon of oil.Preparation of Cake:
Preheat the oven. Beat egg whites separately until they are stiff, add the other dry ingredients gradually and continue beating until the mixture is well creamy, mayonnaise type. Grease and flour a mold and place in the oven about 45 minutes to 1 hour over medium heat (175° C). Remove cake from oven and unmold on a large tray and pour the milk over cake evenly, until it is wet.Tip: Cover the cake with hot milk, when it's still warm, so it doesn't break or crumble.
